Local Secretary / President
Rhonda Jockisch grew up in the Manito area. She left to earn her Bachelor's degree at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She returned to Pekin in 1994. She has worked in both hospital and retail pharmacies. She is currently working as a retail pharmacist. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children and 4 cats. Her hobbies include reading fiction and non-fiction, playing the piano and organ, and role-playing/adventure video games. Rhonda has been the Local Secretary since November 2014.
Assistant Local Secretary
Rhonda Peek is from a Mensa family, both of her children, as well as her sister and niece are Mensans. She is addicted to volunteering. In addition to being Assistant Local Secretary of Heart of Illinois Mensa, also was Hospitality Chair for the 2019 Phoenix AG, as well as Co-Chair of Hospitality for Chicago Area Mensa's HalloweeM for over 10 years and counting. You can find her at many RGs lending a hand in hospitality. In her spare time, she might practice a little law.

David Hoscheidt grew up in the town of Henry, Illinois, 32 miles north of Peoria. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana. After living in the Saint Louis area for 6 1/2 years, he moved back to Central Illinois, to Bloomington, in 1994. After working at State Farm Insurance for over 28 years, he retired in 2026. He enjoys reading about politics and current affairs.
Ombudsperson
After growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, David Gill attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, receiving both a B.S. in mathematics and his M.D. He has practiced medicine throughout central Illinois for the past 30+ years, both as a family physician and as an emergency medicine physician. He has been the medical director of a hospice for the past four years. He and his wife reside in McLean, Illinois, along with two dogs and two cats. In his spare time, David enjoys baseball, old movies and old movie theaters, book clubs, and chess.

Len Duchnowski graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 1974 with a degree in General (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering. He received his MBA (finance concentration) from Bradley University in 1984. His engineering career has spanned several companies in several locations (DuPont in Corpus Christi, Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Caterpillar in East Peoria and Mossville, Ford in Dearborn, Newman Haas Racing in Chicago, Andretti Green Racing in Indianapolis, and Red Bull Racing in Mooresville, NC). Though retired as of 2012, he still consults to Indycar race teams on suspension setup, simulations, and software. Besides being a member of Mensa, he is also a member of the Triple Nine Society.

Xena Tisdale is a graduate of Illinois State University, with a BS in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on Human and Educational Services. She works as a CNA. She enjoys going to museums and restaurants with the local Mensa group and engaging in personal hobbies, which include outdoors activities, architecture, retro gaming, and arts/crafts.

Steve Tisdale holds a degree from Illinois State University. Holds down the fort as a rare stay at home dad. Reading interests include studies of ancient texts or human history and a wide variety of modern information that can be related to ancient cultures. (Information Overload!!!) Musical preferences include Baroque and Classical styles or similarly trained 5-piece rock bands with vocal styles similar to opera.
